At this year's EU-Startups Summit, which will happen on April 24-25 in Malta, we will showcase many of Europe's hottest startups and come together to learn from some of the most successful European entrepreneurs and investors of our time!
At the 2025 edition of the EU-Startups Summit we expect about 2,250 in-person attendees - startup founders, tech folks, corporates, business angels, media people and investors from all across Europe. The event offers great networking opportunities with a dedicated networking app/area, a buzzing exhibition hall, educational talks, fireside chats and inspiring speakers. We'll also have an exciting pitch competition where 15 of Europe's most promising seed-stage startups will compete on the last day of the event for a prize package worth €390,000.
The EU-Startups Summit will also gather many of Europe’s leading Venture Capital investors, business angels and accelerators. As a startup, you can directly engage with them, and we are proud to have one of the best startup-investor ratios of any startup event out there. A great opportunity for high-profile networking!
WHO WILL JOIN? We will gather up to 2,500 founders, startup enthusiasts, corporates, angel investors, VCs, and media from across Europe. It’s all about tech-based and tech-enabled startups with global ambitions!
NETWORKING The event will provide great matchmaking and dealmaking opportunities, with a dedicated networking app, a networking area, networking drinks in the evening, topic-focused networking sessions, etc.
ON-STAGE PROGRAM: We’ll have fireside chats with internationally successful founders, insightful keynotes, and an exciting pitch competition on our main stage with some of Europe’s most promising startup teams – selected from about 1,500 applicants!
EXHIBITON HALL: In our buzzing exhibition hall 75 innovative companies will exhibit with a dedicated booth, but in total our participants will represent about 1,200 different companies and you’ll be able to connect face-to-face and via the app.
PITCH COMPETITION
We’ll once again host a big pitch competition with 15 of Europe’s most exciting early-stage startups – pre-selected from 1,500+ applications. The finalists will pitch 3 minutes each in front of our audience and a jury of well-known investors. The winning team will receive a lot of visibility, many new investor connections and a prize package worth €390k. More info and the application link can be found here.
TIMINGS & VENUE
The main event will take place on April 24-25, from 9am to 6pm, at the beautiful Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. Doors open at 9am and you can start the day with good coffee and networking. The on-stage program starts at 10am. In the evening of both event days we’ll have an buzzing networking party on the beautiful rooftop terrace of the MCC, with stunning sunset views. The 1st draft of the agenda will be released in January, 2025.
